This event is Inspired by "The Ape and Cat" bronze statue by Jim Dine, in NYC's Battery Park City. The Ape and Cat Halloween Dance celebrates the animals that survived the World Trade Center attack, as well as all animals that have been rehabilitated after surviving trauma and adversity. Friends of animals are invited to dress as their favorite animals and celebrate love and respect for all animals at the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade.
