Rational Animal is pleased to announce the completion three 30-second, high quality public service announcements (PSAs). Each PSA uses a humorous edge to attract viewers and promote animal shelter adoptions. Local talent including canine actor “Blue” from A Cause for Paws, and “Melanie” from the Humane Society of New York starred in two of the spots.
